Not because we aren't patriotic. We just can't ignore the fact that whoever is US president has more impact on history and, well, the fate of the planet. Not to mention our own Canadian history. Like everytime our politicians even mention decriminalization or legalization of marijuana. POOF! The American Ambassador appears and makes all sorts of threats, like trade embargos if we dared go ahead with such a CRAZY IDEA. You guys would be kinda fucked without our oil, water, lumber and hydroelectricity. But we get the whole gate-way drug speech, anyway. Can't say I blame them Yankee bullies. I mean the whole "War on Drugs" will look pretty stupid when we do LEGALIZE IT. And we will, it's just a matter of time. Maybe when there's an American president with a functioning brain........one more week.
