I went to see Henry Rollins at Sonar tonight. I have never seen him look so skinny or so old but he's still brilliant and I loved all 3 1/2 hours of his rant. Here are some pics courtesy of my handy dandy I-Phone. Enjoy!

Awesome sound goin' down...

Okay, so a really good friend of mine wants to know what all the fuss over Ween is about. He's never heard anything of theirs (I know, how does this happen!?). I want to make him a CD or two or five of some good introductory Ween songs.

Any suggestions?

Cold blows the wind over me....

Here it is 6:32 pm on the 23rd. I should be arriving in DC for drinks before the Ween show. Instead I am at home in bed drinking Absolut mini's and chain smoking.

I have been looking forward to this show for weeks. Today I spent two hours compiling an awesome playlist on my Ipod for the drive to DC. I make plans to meet up with some people before the show for drinks in DC. I spend an hour getting ready. Hop in the car and almost make it out of my neighborhood when it occurs to me..."Ho
